Hey everyone,
I hope you had a great Christmas season and are feeling energized as we settle into 2026.
I wanted to share a quick update on our focus this year and a short overview of the ways we can work together, whether you’re leading a team or working on yourself.
As many of you know, I’ve been working with Make Time for the past five years, after leaving Google and founding Forgewell.
During that time, I’ve had the privilege of sharing the Make Time framework with thousands of people across both the private and public sectors, from companies like Google, YouTube, Squarespace, and Klarna to public-sector organizations including the CDC, the State of Alaska, and the UK’s energy regulator, Ofgem.
Training teams on focus, attention, and energy management has been a blast, but over the past year, I felt a strong pull to go deeper with individuals who want to build focus, energy, and clarity from the inside out.
I heard from so many of you that while the tools and tactics from the book have been game-changing, some people still struggle to implement and sustain them over time. That feedback led me to explore what else might be needed, and it’s what led to the creation of The Inner Operating System.
This year, we’ll continue training teams on the Make Time framework, while also expanding our offer to include topics like stress management, nervous system regulation, and body-based resilience.
For individuals, we’ll be doubling down on The Inner Operating System, while also sharing occasional updates on tools, tactics, and ideas with you on this newsletter.
So here’s the short version of how we can work together this year.
For Organizations & Teams
1) Make Time at Work
If you want to help your team escape the reactive cycle and focus on what actually matters, Make Time is a practical framework that works.
We offer fast, engaging keynotes that introduced the core philosophy and tactics, plus deeper engagements like our 4-Part Workshop Series where teams implement each step and embed it into how they work day-to-day.
We deliver this training online and in-person.

2) Body-Based Performance Series
We also offer workshops that explore focus and performance from a more physiological and scientific angle.
In an age where AI is automating more and more busywork, I believe the real edge comes from our ability to think clearly, focus deeply, and regulate ourselves under pressure.
The new series includes three standalone workshops that can be delivered individually or together.
→ Body-Based Performance: Daily practices for energy and focus, built around your circadian rhythm, ultradian cycles, and nervous system patterns.
→ The Stress Reset: How to understand your stress response and use simple tools to return to a calm, grounded state.
→ The Breath Blueprint: How to use breath as a real-time regulator for clarity, calm, and composed decision-making.
If you’re interested in this type of training, I’d love to talk. Just hit reply.
For Individuals
3) The Inner Operating System
If you’re ready for deeper, lasting change around focus, energy, stress, and presence, The Inner Operating System is where I’m putting most of my energy this year.
It’s a 7-week transformational program designed for people who’ve found value in frameworks like Make Time, but want more support in making these practices sustainable. We go beyond tactics into nervous system regulation, energy management, and building routines that actually stick.
But this isn’t a traditional cohort course where you finish and you’re on your own. The program includes two live sessions per week, a private online community, and ongoing weekly coaching calls that continue after the seven weeks end. Real transformation takes time, and I wanted to build something that supports you for the long haul.
The next cohort begins January 20.
