Still feeling scattered lately?

by Connor Swenson

Hey there,

A while back, you clicked on something about The Inner Operating System, so I wanted to reach back out.

Most people who end up here are at a pretty specific point. It’s not just that they’re busy or overwhelmed, it’s that something about the way they’ve been operating has started to feel off.

They’ve usually already put in the work. Read the books, tried different systems, built a few solid habits. And yet, when things get intense or unpredictable, they slip back into reactivity. Attention gets pulled in too many directions, energy drops, and they feel like they can never switch off.

I went through a version of this myself.

When I was at Google, I spent years trying to get more productive. Some of the tools helped, but underneath that I still felt wired, distracted, and not fully in control of how I was spending my time or energy.

What took me a while to understand is that I wasn’t lacking discipline, and I wasn’t missing information. I was trying to focus and follow through with a system that was already overloaded.

When your nervous system is constantly switched on, everything becomes a bit harder than it needs to be. Focus takes more effort, rest doesn’t fully restore you, and even the simple things you know feel good are hard to do.

That’s the layer most people never really address, and it’s what The Inner Operating System is built around. It’s not a traditional productivity course. We take you on a journey from the inside out, going deep into nervous system regulation, focus optimization, energy management, and stress mastery.

Over the past year, we’ve run two live cohorts with people in a similar position. Entrepreneurs, operators, professionals in the middle of a transition, or people who are noticing their body starting to push back.

The shifts have been pretty consistent. People feel more in control of their time and energy, less reactive in their day-to-day, and more present both at work and at home.

We’ve now rebuilt the program into a hybrid version, so you can move through the material at your own pace while still having weekly live calls for coaching, support, and accountability.

It’s not something you just buy and try to get through on your own. The idea is to give you the structure and support to actually change how you operate, day to day.

If you’re curious and want to learn more, then I’d love to speak to you.
